There's nothing that hits my llama murdering needs like this game. Every person who believes llamas are pure evil will get their tinfoil hats after playing this game for 10 minutes. While couch co-op is fun it's not always available, really needs to also have a "host" option, direct connect via IP or connect through steam or something option. Still reccomend, the puns are fantastic, the funs are fun, and i love the references to Llamas with Hats and Contra.. It's a great game if you wanna sit down for 10 minutes and just forget the world. Theres no deep storyline to keep track of, no complicated controls to memorize etc. Just sit down, blow up some llamas and have some fun. My partner and I enjoyed the snot out of this last night.A few recommendations though:Its very hard and there is no way to regain health once you lost it. Maybe make a few different difficulty modes?When you drop a gun and pick up a new one, theres no way to switch back to the old gun. I often pick up a new gun (which I hate) and then I completely lost the old gun. Overall I definitely recommend this game!. It's fun for a bit, but it doesn't have the depth to hold your attention. I understand why the creators opted for local-only multiplayer, but I think it does the game a massive disservice. My friends and I use games to stay connected since we don't have the time we used to to get together. When we do get together, things like this are far down on the list of how we want to spend our time. Even as someone that followed this game during its development I can't recommend it if it doesn't have an online multiplayer.. Good pace, balance, humor, complexity, and grafix!. It's a fun game. It's also very difficult. Even in casual I struggled to progress through the game. And I recently beat Nioh and Dark Souls 3 and.... Fun game, well done for an indie game. Good graphics and sound, fun to play and quite challenging.Those llamas are driving me craaazy. Art of any form is subjective, but there's no denying well a game is actually well-made, with quality elements to offer. While one might not like a particular game, there's no denying (for those who aren't ignorant) when a game is genuinely well-crafted, and this game is an example of such.Visually, it's extremely high-fidelity and extremely detailed, with great lighting and outstanding detail. World and map design is excellent. Gameplay is smooth, intutive, solid and extremely enjoyable, between the weapons themselves and ability to mix-and-match weapons in right and left hand, as well as special ability and weapon drops. Weapons are creative and combat is actually visceral for a top-down shooter. Last, but certainly not least ... gore! Copious amounts of (llama) gore. I'm not actually a huge fan of top-down shooters, though I've played a fair amount in my time. By far, this is the one of the most well-designed and excellent experiencces of any I've played. It just happens to be llamas.There's a great contrast between the actually great dark atmosphere and incredible visuals that you would expect from, say, a serious zombie game (which the dev should actually consider, because the environment is already there for it) and the fact that you're slaughtering hordes of llamas. It's an excellent contrast.The dev is also an extremely nice guy who I had the pleasure of speaking with in a stream, so congrats for making an overall excellent game!
